Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation

My experience in entrepreneurship is primarily through my starting, growing, and ultimately selling Neya Systems. However, each job and role I had prior to starting Neya taught me valuable lessons that I took with me. I graduated in 1999, and started Neya in 2009. Those 10 years of experience were invaluable. It's highly unlikely I would have been as successful as I was if I hadn't put in the time and work necessary to become a true expert in defense robotics.

In 2015 I went back to CMU to give a Robotics Institute Seminar on my experiences to date in growing Neya. This was prior to the sale. The seminar was live streamed and recorded, and is available below.
